Cilantro is a family owned and operated food truck that began in 2017 serving delicious Mexican street food. Since then, we have frequented food festivals, breweries, food truck rodeos and wineries in the Triangle and surrounding areas. In addition to our normal menu, we also offer catering services for Weddings, Showers, Birthdays and many more occasions. We take requests!
